Warren, son of Thomas and Mary Outten, was born at Lexington, Ky in 1891. He married Mary Jane Morris there August 12, 1842. They had one son, Warren Bell Outten, born Dec. 3, 1845. He moved to St. Louis, Mo. in 1848 and died there April 29, 1891. Warren Outten was a contractor. Late in life he purchased a farm on the Union road near St. Louis and was a scientific farmer. He never actually did the farming himself, just directed it. His grand daughter, Sarah Fisk is now living there with a married daughter. They have remodeled the farm home, adding modern conveniences.
