On April 16th in the year of our Lord God 1771, Isaac Outten sold to David Cottinham a tract of land called "Turkey Pine", situated on the north side of "Turkey Swamp." This farm contained 56 acres, and was sold for 35 pounds.
On September 7th in the year of our Lord God 1776, Isaac Outten sold to Nathan Colbourne for 100 pounds all that tract of land called "Security."
On June 9th in the year of our Lord God 1794, Isaac Outten sold to Nathan Colbourne for 30 pounds current money of Maryland, a tract of land called Colbournes Folly, located on Mumski Creek, and containing 32 3/4 acres.
On May 25th in the year of our Lord God 1795, Isaac Outten sold to Kellen Lankford, for 28 pounds, a tract of land which was located on the west side of Mumskos Creek called Colbournes Folly, and containing 13 acres.
On June 17th in the year of our Lord God 1799, Isaac Outten of Somerset County, sold to John Conner for 800 pounds, several tracts of land on the east side of Munskos Creek, in the neck called Condoqua, containing 569 acres more or less, and including all he holds in Maryland.
On September 9th, 1803, Isaac Outten gave a bill of sale as a witness for good behavior, and for a consideration of L200, bargained, sold and manumitted and freed a negro named Elisha Outten.
